Standardized documents and boilerplate plan design apply a one size fits all methodology. Rarely, however, does one size fit all. Differing objectives and demographics should drive Plan design, not the scalability and ease of administration.

    Our Plan Design team is committed to turning your vision into reality. We offer the benefit of a customizable plan document with flexible plan provisions. Starting with your objectives and then analyzing the potential plan participants, our team will select the ideal plan type and provisions to meet those objectives.

    Once the plan design is finalized, you will receive a signature-ready plan document. As plan changes occur, we will prepare plan amendments, and update and produce a Summary Plan Description (SPD).
